Payment policy

Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%.

Responsibility

Booking details are provisional until credit card details received. When making a booking, each individual is responsible for checking and confirming the booking details.

Cancellation policy

We will make every effort to rebook after canceled reservations but the following charges may apply at the discretion of Aiza Limited if rebooking is unsuccessful.

• Cancellation within 15-30 days = 10% of tariff for the period booked.

• Cancellation within 8-14 days = 50% of tariff for the period booked.

• Cancellation within 0-7 days = 100% of tariff for the period booked.

We always advise comprehensive insurance to cover accommodation expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstance

Conditions

1. No pets.
2. Smoking outdoors only please.
3. A extra cleaning surcharge up to $115 may apply after smoking, parties, etc that result in a requirement for commercial cleaning.
